Our maintenance plan is simple, straightforward and assures you that your system is running at peak performance year-round. Our techs will come out once a year and perform a  12-point inspection and tune-up that includes:

• clean your equipment, change filters and clear drains 
• check thermostat settings and operations
• check heating + cooling system operation and performance
• clean heat exchange surfaces to improve efficiency
• verify optimal refrigerant pressures and inspect all electrical components 
• inspect ductwork
• ensure that any noticeable weakness are brought to your attention
• offer solutions and recommendations to avoid emergency service calls

MVP Membership cost for a standard heat pump or furnace is $225.00 yearly or $19.50 per month. No strings attached, cancel anytime. You will be billed at the time of your maintenance and automatically receive MVP benefits for the following 365 days. Rates are reduced to $180.00 yearly ($15.50/month) for a single zone ductless split heat pump. Air filters and any other parts used will be billed separately upon client approval.
